jeewin offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000; ৳10,000 must be wagered (৳1,000 × 10) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

jeewin's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback on weekly net losses is paid at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on jeewin are considered final once confirmed. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, jeewin reserves the right to cancel it and return the original stake.

4.2 Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake placed on that event will be refunded. Separate rules apply to partially completed events, which are noted on the relevant event page.

4.3 Suspicious Activity

jeewin reserves the right to suspend accounts and hold funds where there is suspicion of exploiting system vulnerabilities, using bots or automated software, collusion or match fixing. Relevant authorities may be informed in such cases.

jeewin may set specific limits on winnings from a single bet or a single game session. These limits are subject to change and may apply differently to specific games or markets.
